Over 20 years operating at executive and directorial levels across the public and private sectors in Latin America. Deep expertise in strategic advisory at the intersection of public affairs, law, project finance, and complex transactions, with firsthand knowledge of where decisions are made. Extensive experience in negotiation, complex contracting, cross-border transactions, and ADR strategies.

Has led and been part of the teams responsible for developing and implementing major legislative and regulatory frameworks, public policy initiatives in strategic and productive sectors, the financing and construction of Ecuador's largest infrastructure projects, and the Multiparty Trade Agreement between Ecuador and the European Union, among others.
